Blacks Leisure was informed on 22 January 2010 that the wife of Joseph Ulloa, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, has acquired an interest in 16,078 ordinary shares in the Company. The shares were purchased on 22 January 2010 at a price of 61.5 pence per share.
