Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Blacks Leisure was notified on 25 January 2010 that Nicolas Samuel, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, made the following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company through a Self Invested Pension Plan:

i) 26 November 2009 - purchased 10,000 shares at 41 pence per share; and 

ii) 2 December 2009 - purchased 98,926 shares at 47 pence per share

As a result of the above transactions, the total shareholding of Mr Samuel is 108,926 shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
