Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns of TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. These items must be returned by post by following the instructions detailed on the dispatch note included in your packaging.
Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. We regret that we are unable to offer Collect+ for TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. Click here for more information about Collect+
If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.

I bought this fleece in dark pink a few months ago and loved it so much I bought another one last week when I saw it was available in dark purple. Again, I am very pleased with the quality, fit, affordability of the item. It's a very versitle item, nice colour, washes well, it's warm, and I feel it gives a nice, flattering fit. I would highly recommend it!

I bought this fleece. having bought North Face jackets, fleeces and trousers before. Unfortunately this one didn't live up to expectations. The colour on the website didn't quite give the true colour (light green). The fit wasn't good.. not to bad across the chest but the sleeves were too wide & too long and the overall length was too short. The result was something very unflattering.

Great for the weekend as an extra layer. Pity the garment is a little too short in length. The arm length tho is really good - normally my poor wrists freeze! Very warm garment. Pleeasse can the makers think about making the garment a bit longer? I'm not the only one to comment on this.If it was longer I would buy more!

This is my third North Face Fleece in this style. I have the medium pink, purple, and now the black. They are all very warm, easy to wash, great for walking the dog or hiking at the weekends or even layering underneath thicker coats on really cold days. I would say it is true to size and I have washed mine numerous times already and they have retained their colours and size well. I can't think of any negatives. Overall, I am very pleased and would buy another!

Excellent fleece - usual North Face quality, feminine cut and really warm. Can be worn technically or casually. Only very small gripe is I think it could do with being slightly longer in the body but would definitely not put me off buying the fleece - In fact I bought 2 different colours!

A great warm and very light weight fleece. My husband has the same product but for men so I was a bit suprised when the fleece arrived that the ladies version is so short in lenght - sitting just on the hips. However this is only a minor draw back.

Lovely and warm. Was happily surprised that it was a bit larger than I had thought. When I get another one i'll buy a smaller size.
Very durable. I use this for work and its great in all weathers. It appears to dry quickly with mild rain.
